SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Orders have an approximate delivery time of 10 - 20 business days. The shipping time begins to elapse once the payment of the order has been made effective in our account. Delivery periods do not include weekends or holidays (only business days). We recommend that you verify that all the information provided by you is correct, ensuring that there are no errors in your delivery address, since it is not possible to make changes of any kind to the destination guide once the package has been removed from our facilities.

During a regular business week from Monday to Friday, it takes 2-3 business days to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order on a holiday or weekend. Barring complications, most orders ship within three business days. Complications may include, but are not limited to, an unverifiable mailing address or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted immediately.

SECTION 2 - STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental United States. We gladly accept P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Rest assured that each item in your order will be professionally handled and packed with the utmost care. Shipping and processing includes postage, distribution costs, order processing costs, payment processing, and product insurance when warranted.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

At Mujer 360, once the package has been handed over to the designated postal service, our responsibility ends, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery that may occur during the shipping process. We urge our customers to retain any shipping documentation and follow the procedures established by the respective postal service for filing claims.

We provide you with the tracking number once the package has been shipped so you can track its location and estimated delivery time. We emphasize that any claims regarding delivery delays should be directed to your nearest postal office, where you can file a complaint showing the provided tracking number.
